We are looking for a full-time experienced candidate to join our STL UBIF team. The candidate must possess excellent customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills. In addition, the candidate must have technical skills to diagnose, troubleshoot & repair cell phones, iPad's, computers, game consoles, and other electronic gadgets in a timely manner. Someone who is flexible, adaptable and capable of pivoting in rapidly evolving circumstances.
Candidates must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

This role involves a high level of customer Service along with Electronic repair.

Expectations :

1. Strong Communication skill. Exceptional Communication skills are key. Able to communicate with Clients, each other and manager regarding changes taking place in real time
2. Time management skills. Capable of tracking deadlines, juggling changing schedules and using your allotted time effectively to maximize productivity. Comfortable with rapid Turnaround times for completing tasks

4. Adaptability. Not afraid of change, remains flexible and looks for solutions rather than focusing on problems. Highly engaged and focused and able to adapt to changing deadlines and unpredictable circumstances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Enjoy working on electronic gadgets.

Answering phone calls/texts/leads

Customer service and helping with cell phone related questions

Repairing Devices(iPhone, iPad, Samsung, LG, Motorola, computers, game consoles, etc.)

Upselling Accessories Organizing, keeping track of inventory

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Basic computer skills

Accountability, friendliness, honesty, and integrity are all requirements for the job.
