Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a minimum of (3-4) years of customer support experience working in a call center environment and comfortable reading scripts
The ability to speak, read, and translate scripts on the spot in English and Spanish is required
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Responsibilities
The Bilingual Email and Chat Representative works in a high volume fast-paced environment handling inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling) for customers seeking a personal injury attorney
Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to legal matters (mainly personal injury)
Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of services to go off-script when necessary
Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions and concerns are handled appropriately
Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets
Achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality standards
