Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective ESL instruction to students in a virtual classroom environment.
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of English language learners.
Assess students' language proficiency and customize instruction to foster their growth.
Monitor and document student progress while providing regular, constructive feedback.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators to support each student's learning objectives.
Utilize technology and online resources to enhance the learning experience and engagement.
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio teaching certification with an ESL endorsement.
Prior experience teaching ESL students, preferably in a virtual setting.
Strong communication, organizational, and technological skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a flexible part-time schedule.
A genuine passion for working with diverse student populations and helping them achieve their language learning goals.
