Farm Equipment Dealership Manager
Maine Potato Growers Inc. (MPG) is a diversified cooperative serving the needs of agricultural and resource-based industries in our surrounding communities since 1932. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our MPG team in Presque Isle, Maine as Manager of MPG Truck & Tractor. The MPG Truck & Tractor Manager will be responsible to manage the overall day to day activities of MPG Truck & Tractor including the service, parts and sales departments. Reporting to MPG's General Manager, the MPG Truck & Tractor Manager will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in business leadership, a proven track record of developing and growing sales along with the ability to build and lead a high functioning team. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
