**About the role**
Location: Frankfurt
We are currently seeking a Integration Delivery Manager Germany who is a self-starter, can independently work and manage delivery of operational technology and data processes/solutions in regards to the Germany Markets tech product portfolio to win more business and differentiate through innovative technology products.
As a Integration Delivery Manager you will serve as first point of contact and expert in JLLs technology for the Germany Markets business to guarantee delivery of agreed scope, budget and time. This opportunity includes also the support of trainings of Markets stakeholders in Germany on the functionality and value of the Markets product portfolio.

The ideal candidate with profound product management and business process analysis knowledge and experiences understands real estate fundamentals including supply and demand dynamics and can align changes in the market to technology solutions and products. You must be professional, organized and motivated as well as have the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high impact sales environment.
The focus of the role is on
* Ensuring delivery in an integrated fashion of solutions with focus on the the Markets product portfolio in Germany to the satisfaction of the business
* Acting as primary point of contact for the Markets business in Germany to continuously deliver product deployments with respect to the Germany Markets product portfolio.
* Demonstrating knowledge of multiple technology solutions spanning the entire real estate life cycle from lease administration, transaction management, project management, utilization technologies, employee and building experience platforms
* Serving as operational interface between Markets Germany leads and business product owners and various JLLT delivery functions for the purpose of business technology deployment, technical and data solutioning and relationship management
* Taking care of operational risk management related to existing and new technology and data solutions in regards to the Markets product portfolio of Germany.
* Partnering with Markets leaders, Markets business product owners and Regional Technology Advisory Director to define and set-up integrated delivery plan for Germany Markets product portfolio to ensure conformance to business requirements, delivery timelines and budgets.
* Partnering with Markets leaders and Markets business product owners to identify, prioritize and define requirements and opportunities as basis for country Markets product roadmap
* Prioritizing and assigning business initiatives and performing high-level reviews of the Germany Markets product portfolio to ensure conformance to business requirements, delivery timelines and budgets.
* Translating/interpreting Markets product improvements and business demand into delivery and execution objectives for different JLLT teams and establishing clear goals, success criteria and performance measures to evaluate the outcome of the projects/initiatives managed as well as for continuous product optimization
* Supporting the delivery of agreed Markets product scope, identification of areas of opportunity, developing levels of awareness of resources and mobilizing existing resources to support key initiatives/projects to generate incremental organizational value
* Partnering and supporting Regional Tech Advisory Director in strategic and budgetary country planning processes and collaborating with Markets stakeholders and Markets product owners as well as JLLT teams to develop annual Markets product budgets for technology spent
* Developing and maintaining good working relationships with Markets heads and Markets product owners, networking within JLLT and wider JLL Markets business in supporting delivery of goals
* Managing and strengthening on-going relationships with third party suppliers and vendors of the Market Germany product portfolio - developing a connection built on trust
* Supporting strategic JLLT initiatives aligned towards driving business growth and reduction operational costs
* Streamlining existing processes, re-deploy and implement standardized solutions across Germany Markets products
* Assisting in the development of RFP responses and pursuit content recommendations.
* Understanding and maintaining knowledge of the competitive landscape across technology and competitors

* Subject Matter Expertise in the business domains of the assigned business line is REQUIRED.
* A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED; Business or Marketing PREFERED.
* 5+ years of relevant/professional experience related is REQUIRED.
* You have solid Product Management skills and proven experiences in successful delivery of client facing products REQUIRED.
* You have good experiences with respect to Business Process Analysis and solid customer facing experience to translate business demand in to producs.
* You can translate client requests to make impactful recommendations that meet client needs.
* You can tell a story that eloquently translates data, simplifies complex information and clearly articulates technology as a seamless part of product delivery.
* You are a practitioner who is curious about technology, should be able to quickly adopt to change and one who understands the technologies supporting areas such as Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, etc.), Micro Services, Streaming Technologies, Network, Security etc
* You will be a passionate, accountable, creative, and team and product oriented.
* You demonstrate the ability to think creatively, sell consultatively, proactively problem solve and efficiently communicate
