Job Description: Medical Assisting Bilingual (English and Spanish) Instructor
You will utilize your expertise to deliver high-quality education services to our students. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing Course Plans and Materials: Develop comprehensive course outlines and instructional materials to facilitate effective learning.
Delivering Courses: Engage students through dynamic classroom instruction, leveraging both theoretical knowledge and practical insights.
Monitoring Progress/Attendance: Track student attendance and academic progress, providing timely feedback and support as needed.
Advising Students: Offer guidance on academic and career-related matters, supporting students in their educational journey.
Recording Grades and Submitting Reports: Maintain accurate records of student grades and performance, ensuring compliance with academic standards.
Requirements:
Education and Experience: Hold an AS Degree in a related field and possess a minimum of 4 years of practical experience. Certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or ability to sit for RMA certification is required.
Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching is preferred, demonstrating a passion for education and student success.
Availability: This is a part-time position requiring flexibility with day, evening, and weekend schedules to accommodate student needs.
