Generational Roadside Assistance LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you will be the frontline support for drivers experiencing vehicle issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service while performing emergency roadside services such as tire changes, jump-starts, lockout assistance, and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to service calls from stranded motorists.
• Provide roadside assistance including tire changes, jump-starts, fuel delivery, lockout services, and minor mechanical repairs.
• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
• Use GPS and mapping applications to locate customers quickly.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and customers.

This is currently a independent contractor position , you will compensated pre job with mileage after 10 miles if required ,weekly direct deposit , with verified income. And also customer's are not required to give tips, but can be accepted by contractors if offered.
