We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our bookstore! We are a book company specializing in romance novels. The ideal candidate would be familiar with popular titles & authors in the romance book community.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Creating the customer experience 
• Assisting in-store book signings and small events

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with POS systems 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of niche book trends and product
• Familiarity with the Book World
