Summary : This is a revenue-producing position with a primary focus on generating revenue from existing client requirements and new client acquisition through SEO. As a revenue-generating Yardi Developer, you'll be responsible for custom Yardi programming. Tasks include project scope development, pricing, and proposal development, ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations. The role involves financial services Yardi product development contracts for billing. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to Business Line Development, attending meetings, enhancing website content and SEO, and collaborating on proposals and contracts with the Business Development team.

Yardi Developer:

· Custom Yardi Programming for Clients:

o Project Scope Development: Define and outline the parameters and goals of Yardi programming projects.

o Pricing and Proposal Development: Assess project requirements and collaborate on creating competitive pricing and compelling proposals.

o Project Deliverables Management: Develop and maintain project deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

· Financial Services Yardi Product Development:

o Functionalities Creation: Innovate and implement new functionalities within Yardi software, with an emphasis on features that can be resold to both new and existing clients.

· Yardi Jump Start Project Programmer:

o Undertake the role of a project programmer for the Yardi Jump Start initiative, contributing to the development and implementation of standardized Yardi solutions.

o Content and SEO Integration: Add relevant content for the above initiatives to the company website, optimizing it for improved search engine visibility.

o Marketing Materials: Develop marketing fliers for each product to support client acquisition efforts.

 

Business Line Development:

· Attend Business Development Meetings:

o Actively participate in Yardi Development Business Line meetings, contributing insights and strategies for business growth.

· Content Creation and SEO Assistance:

o Website Content Creation: Collaborate on the creation of content for the company website, ensuring it reflects current Yardi development capabilities.

o SEO Enhancement: Provide assistance in optimizing website content for improved search engine visibility.

· Recommendations for Existing Website Improvement:

o Offer recommendations for enhancing the existing website to increase the quality and quantity of responses from potential clients.

· Inquiry Management and Customer Response:

o Inquiry Tracking: Monitor and track incoming inquiries related to Yardi development and maintain organized records.

o Customer Response: Respond promptly to customer requests, providing relevant information and assistance.

· Collaboration with Business Development:

o Work closely with the Business Development team to contribute to the development of proposals, contracts, and invoicing processes.

Other:

• The primary source of new revenue will be from existing client requirements and new client acquisition through SEO. Ultimately responsible for the successful management and operation of the Yardi programming.
• Ensure a smooth transition for all new programming contracts.
• Assist in the pitching of new programming contracts when applicable.
• Oversee amendments to programming contracts.
• Client communication is required to ensure a high satisfaction level.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including sales presentations and client relationship roles.
• Maintain hourly time allocations.
• Meet weekly with Leadership to present updates and make recommendations for issues as needed for problem-solving.
• Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism in all aspects when interfacing with clients, and service providers. Display integrity, loyalty, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Complete all deliverables for the Leadership review as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Office-related skills required (include but are not limited to):

• Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
• Proofreading for accuracy
• Ability to compose professional correspondence and track time spent on responsibilities.
• Articulate, with a strong phone personality.
• Yardi YSR programming and SQL querying experience required.

 

General performance requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Excellent attendance
• Fully operational and insurable automobile
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Clean driving record and full-coverage auto insurance
• Ability to work occasional overtime.

 

 

Hours of Work:

• Meissner’s office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will be expected to be in the office during those hours unless otherwise scheduled.

 

Travel:

• No extensive travel is required except for possible property site visits. An automobile with current liability insurance is required for this position.
